What material are Froggy Hollow ceramics made with?
Froggy Hollow mugs are made using midfire clay and sculptures are made with porcelain.
Do you offer refunds?
As a small business selling handmade items, Froggy Hollow does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for lost packages or change of mind. If your order comes back to me due to an incorrect or missing address, I will offer to resend the package, however, you’ll need to pay for shipping again.
What happens if my parcel is broken on arrival?
Froggy Hollow is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. If your item arrives broken, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact me immediately at [email protected] with pictures of your order and packaging for me to asses the situation. I try my best to pack your pieces as safely as possible, but sometimes postal services aren’t as careful. Please email me so we can work something out!
The item I wanted is sold out! Will you make new ones?
Every ceramic piece I make is unique and therefore no two items will be the same! I may make similar items again in the future, however, I am constantly trying new ideas and perfecting my craft.
Do you offer custom orders?
my comissions are closed, however ocassionally I will have "custom pre-orders" open where you can choose from a list of designs and the colour for your mug.
Do you ship everywhere?
I ship within Australia, NZ, Asia and A few others! If your country is not included in the shipping check out, please message me your location and I will see what I can do.
With the current tariff situation in America, I have halted all shipping to the US and surrounds.
Where else do you sell your items?
I attend markets in Brisbane, Queensland! sometimes I do interstate markets in Melbourne or Sydney, please follow me on instagram to keep up to date.
