Do you offer refunds?

As a small business selling handmade items, Froggy Hollow does not offer returns, exchanged or refund for lost packages or change of mind. If your order comes back to me due to an incorrect or missing address, I will offer to resend the package, however, you’ll need to pay for shipping again.

 

What happens if my parcel is broken on arrival?

Froggy Hollow is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. If your item arrives broken, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact me immediately at [email protected] with pictures of your order and packaging for me to asses the situation. I try my best to pack your pieces as safely as possible, but sometimes postal services aren’t as careful. Please email me so we can work something out!

 

The item I wanted is sold out! Will you make new ones?

Every ceramic piece I make is unique and therefore no two items will be the same! I may make similar items again in the future, however, I am constantly trying new ideas and perfecting my craft

 

Do you offer custom orders?

Once a month, I will offer ceramic petal vase commission tickets! There are limited spots available and they usually take me about a month to complete. If you have an idea for a custom ceramic piece in mind, shoot me a message at [email protected] to discuss your idea :)

 

Do you ship everywhere?

Unfortunately, I only ship Australia wide at the moment! International shipping will be coming soon
