Ceramics take time to design and fire. please be patient, your order may take up to 3-4 weeks to complete and ship

Pick up is available in Brisbane city, please choose the pickup option at the checkout.

Shipping:
Ceramics will be shipped via Aus Post taking extra care to deliver your items safely. Froggy Hollow often uses recycled materials to pack your orders, please reduce, reuse & recycle responsibly!

please note that you are purchasing a handmade item, imperfections are part of the charm of supporting small! while I try my best to make your items perfect, occasionally there will be things out of my control such as glaze running, pin holes, smudges, etc.
due to the nature of ceramics, no two items will be exactly the same. please keep this in mind when ordering based on previous designs.
